There is nowhere that I feel more at home than in the mountains, surrounded by rock, trees, and grass. There is something primal and humbling about being at the mercy of the elements, and it is in these situations that, in my opinion, Earth reveals her true beauty. Photographing mountainscapes is my favourite thing to do in photography, mostly due to the impressive results one can get. However, being out in the landscape, often alone and away from other people, give me time to think about shots I'm taking, leading to better images.
