Animals, both domestic and wild, mean a great deal to me. I have recently enjoyed the development of skills in the photographic capture of wild animals, especially birds. Wildlife photography is often cited as some of the most difficult disciplines a photographer could undertake, and I fully agree. However, it is also, I find, the most rewarding. To get an animals eye in focus, regardless of the species, is a fantastic feeling and, as such, it is something I regularly pursue.
